Alyssa is an Account Supervisor at Cooperate, bringing over 10 years of experience in account management and client relations across various industries. She has dedicated much of her career to the insurance sector, with a particular focus on employee benefits. Alyssa has successfully led teams of approximately 10-15 direct and indirect reports in the development and launch of a highly customized SaaS platform for a Fortune 50 client. This project included beta testing, training, implementation, and the management of day-to-day activities, seamlessly interfacing with over 40 vendors. Alyssa holds a BA from Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and french bulldog.
